Ross County snap up Raith’s Joe cardle
Ross County have signed Raith Rovers winger Joe Cardle on a pre-contract.
The Blackpool-born former Dunfermline wide man helped Rovers land the Ramsdens Cup last season after they shocked Rangers in the Easter Road final.
But he will swap Kirkcaldy for Dingwall after agreeing a one-year deal with the Staggies.
Manager Derek Adams said: “We have signed an out-and-out winger. Joe is very creative and direct which will suit our style of play.”
