Ross County to sign ex-Dundee United striker Thomas Mikkelsen

Ross County have signed former Dundee United striker Thomas Mikkelsen.

The Staggies announced on Twitter that the Dane had joined on a two-year contract.

The 27-year-old has teamed up with County at their training camp in La Manga.

Mikkelsen scored eight goals in 25 games for United while on loan from Odense in the second half of last season, including the winner in the Irn-Bru Cup final against St Mirren.
