Progress appears to be being made in Scottish football as we head towards the 2020/21 season. A big step forward saw the SPFL and Sky Sports reach an agreement over streaming which will allow Premiership fans to watch their team’s closed door games online.

It is hoped the top flight will be up and running at the start of August with Aberdeen chief Dave Cormack hopeful of fans returning to grounds in November or December. Yet, there is still plenty to be ironed out, namely league reconstruction and when the lower leagues can start.
