It is just shy of seven weeks until the transfer window closes at midnight on 5 June. It may be a long way away but it gives managers ample time to tweak their squads after observing them over half a dozen to ten league games. With English clubs also returning to pre-season ahead of their new season next month it could see a pick up in deals being done with players moving either way.
The big focus this week is on Rangers duo Ryan Kent and Alfredo Morelos with the latter expected to leave and the club desperate to hold on to the former. Across the city, Celtic are expected to sign David Turnbull, while they are keen on Shane Duffy.
We will have all the latest from Scottish football throughout the day as it happens, including transfer news.

No new Kent bid
Celtic agree deal with striker - reports
Celtic are set to sign Ghanaian striker Caleb Ekuban for a massive £7.2m, according to reports in Turkey.
It is a report which should be taken with a large pinch of salt considering the club have just spent £5m on Albian Ajeti.
Ekuban, formerly of Leeds United, joined Trabzonspor for just £900,000 last summer.
Celtic ‘still keen’ on Riquelme
Celtic continue to be linked with Rodrigo Riquelme.
Reports in Spain suggested Neil Lennon is still wanting to bolster his attacking options and a loan move is possible for the Atletico Madrid starlet.
Rangers star on hunt for new club
Rangers winger Jordan Jones is on the lookout for a new club.
The Northern Ireland international has been told he can leave if he finds a suitable offer.
Jones has barely featured for Rangers since being sent off in an Old Firm defeat to Celtic back in September.
Kent ‘furious’ over reports
Ryan Kent is “furious” over reports in England that he wants to leave Rangers for Leeds United, according to the Scottish Sun.
A story emerged on Monday that he was ‘desperate’ to leave for Elland Road.
That, however, is not believed to be the case with the player giving Steven Gerrard assurance that Ibrox is the place he wants to be.
SPFL want 50 per cent proposals
SPFL are set to ask member clubs for the power to terminate a league season on with league positions and prize money if more than 50 per cent of the campaign has been played.
Fearful of another shutdown due to Covid-19, the league body hope to gain enough backing from clubs to support a resolution, report the Scottish Sun.
Celtic near QUADRUPLE deal
Celtic are closing in on a quadruple deal, according to a report.
The Scottish champions have been strongly linked with a move for Motherwell playmaker David Turnbull, Hearts defender Aaron Hickey and Brighton centre-back Shane Duffy.
The report suggests a deal will be done for all three, plus a youngster, with Turnbull the first to arrive.
