Is this the Rangers starting XI that will take on Celtic this weekend?

Rangers travel to Celtic Park on Saturday looking to strike a significant blow in the Scottish Premiership title race.

The hosts are without several first-team players as Nir Bitton and Hatem Abd Elhamed will both miss the game after testing positive for Covid-19, while Ryan Christie is still in self-isolation.

There is a chance Odsonne Edouard will return after his positive test, though he’s not due back from France until Friday at the earliest. The striker’s health will dictate whether he’s involved. James Forrest is another absence as he misses out through injury.

But Rangers don’t have their injury problems to seek themselves. Nikola Katic is definitely out, while Filip Helander, Kemar Roofe and Joe Aribo are serious doubts.

There is also the trouble with Alfredo Morelos having to travel back from South America having represented Colombia.
