Rangers see TEAM of stars depart for duty: The 11 first-team players switching Ibrox for internationals this month

Steven Gerrard has accumulated a strong squad with strength in depth at Rangers this season – but he’s waving a full team of ELEVEN players away from the first-team squad on national duty this week.

And that’s not including two fringe players and another four loanees who are also meeting up on national duty for games throughout November.

Indeed, the Rangers boss could line up a fairly strong team capable of giving most SPFL Premiership teams a tough time from the players away, who almost fit a 4-4-2 formation.

The Gers players are heading for various countries around the globe and will be racking up the air-miles – but paramount for everyone of a Rangers persuasion, not least the manager, will be the safe and healthy return of all to restart the domestic and European campaign at the end of this month.
