SPL Fanzone: Rangers

THE 4-1 win at Inverness was the performance an Ibrox full house was crying out for the previous week, a ruthless professional win that was on the cards from the opening exchanges.

Steve Davis gave a captain’s example with an all-too-rare demonstration of intelligent running, subtle passing and linking play creatively. Andrew Little and Salim Kerkar ashowed the effort and commitment necessary to secure places in our soon-to-be depleted squad. Sone Aluko also continued his fine run of games, a rare bright spark amongst the gloom.

Finally, a reality check for those who are glorying in our current misfortune. Rangers could spend more than a decade rebuilding, without winning the title, and we’d still be Scotland’s most successful football club. Loathe us, lie about us, denigrate us, but even in administration you can’t ignore us.
