The Sun reports that Rangers owner Craig Whyte has demanded the following conditions before he agrees to hand over his shareholding in the club:

• Four seats at Ibrox for life

• He should retain some shares and have a representative on the board

• Duff and Phelps should drop all legal claims against him

• He is offered first refusal on any future sale of the club
