Rangers could open up a nine point advantage over second-placed Celtic with a win – but the ‘Gers don’t have a great record on the synthetic surface of Rugby Park.

The home side could leapfrog Dundee United into fifth with a win, and Alex Dyer makes three changes to his side in his search for three points.

Rangers have made four changes to last week’s winning side who saw off Livingston – and also five changes to the team which defeated Lech Poznan in the Europa League on Thursday. The Ayrshire side have won four of their last six games since they tasted defeat to Steven Gerrard’s side at Ibrox in late August.
