Celtic want Moukoudi

Celtic have joined the race to sign French defender Harold Moukoudi. The 20-year-old is also a target of Sevilla, West Ham and Burnley as he looks set to leave Ligue 2 side Le Havre before the end of the transfer window. The centre-back would cost Celtic around £5 million. (Scottish Sun on Sunday)

Rangers eye Dyer

Rangers are looking to sign former English Premier League winner Nathan Dyer. The Light Blues are searching for a replacement for Jamie Murphy, who has been ruled out for the rest of the season with an ACL injury. Souttar to get Scotland call

Alex McLeish is set to promote John Souttar to the main Scotland squad when it’s announced tomorrow. The Hearts defender was presumed to have missed out on selection after being named in the under-21 squad last week, though coach Scot Gemmill insisted he could still be picked for the senior side. Hearts close to Mitchell deal

Hearts are close to re-signing Manchester United full-back Demetri Mitchell, manager Craig Levein has revealed. The 21-year-old impressed during a five-month stay at Tynecastle last season and is all set to return for a second spell on loan. (The Scotsman)

Sow deal not dead

Craig Levein insists the deal for Osman Sow is still in the “melting pot”, though the Jambos boss concedes he doesn’t know whether the Swede will sign or not. Sow failed his medical ahead of a proposed return to Tynecastle from MK Dons. (The Scotsman)

McInnes tells Celtic not to bother

Derek McInnes has warned Celtic against making any further bids for Scott McKenna, saying the Dons will be holding out for more money from an English Premier League side. The Parkhead club failed with an initial offer of £3.5 million. (Mail on Sunday)

Docherty opens up on Rangers exit

Greg Docherty has spoken of his disappointment at being loaned out by Rangers this season, though insists he’s confident of returning to the club from Shrewsbury next term and winning a place in the side. Docherty admits he sought advice by some Ibrox legends, including John Greig and Richard Gough. (Sunday Mail)

Gerrard eyes two more

Steven Gerrard is looking to add two new faces before the end of the transfer window. The Rangers boss is hoping to sign a winger and cover at centre-back. Bournemouth defender Jack Simpson is said to be top of his wishlist. (Mail on Sunday)
