Musselburgh Athletic 4 - 0 Bellshill Athletic: Goal machine Mathu King gets Burgh going

MUSSELBURGH passed this tough test with flying colours to progress to the fourth round of the Emirates Junior Cup.

Beaten finalists two seasons ago, Davy McGlynn’s young players were well worth the win, although Bellshill had the best of the opening half hour.

But that was until goal machine Mathu King arrived on the scene. In the 30th minute he glanced a Calvin Shand cross into the net for the opening goal. Ten minutes into the second half and a rampant Musselburgh were two up, Shand scoring from 35 yards after his shot took a wicked bounce just before the keeper.
