The Italian firm has been publishing the popular sticker albums since the Seventies and for the first time in more than two decades, Scotland fans will be able to collect their national team favourites and swap doublers with likeminded friends and colleagues, albeit from a safe distance.

Scotland's penalty shoot-out win over Serbia in the Euro 2020 play-offs secured Steve Clarke’s side a place at a major tournament for the first time since the 1998 World Cup.

Managing Director of Panini UK and Ireland Mike Riddell told The Sun: “Scotland’s qualification for their first major tournament since the 1998 World Cup not only ends 22 years of waiting patiently for lifelong Scottish football fans like myself, but also brings Scottish football to the forefront for a whole new generation of collectors.”

Panini has confirmed that the album will be available from January 28.
