Scotland went down 2-1 to Japan in their second outing at the World Cup.
The Asians were 2-0 ahead at the interval and it took until the 60th minute when Claire Emslie was brought on that the Scots added a bit of urgency to their game. But the only thing to show from the game was a Lana Clellend consolation.
