Dundee United: Three Covid-19 cases in Terrors camp just days before Livingston trip

A number of positive coronavirus cases have been recorded at Dundee United, according to reports.

The Courier claims that three individuals, who are not members of the playing staff, tested positive in the latest round of testing but all other tests carried out on the squad and backroom team at Tannadice returned negative results.

While some matches have had to be postponed following similar outbreaks at other Scottish Premiership clubs there is not thought to be any risk of United's trip to Livingston on Saturday being rearranged as a result of the positive tests.

Aberdeen, Celtic, Kilmarnock, Motherwell, and St Mirren have all had league fixtures affected this season while a small number of Betfred Cup games were recorded as walkovers with some teams including Forfar and Albion Rovers unable to fulfil games for similar reasons.

Elsewhere, the Highland League encounter between Keith and Nairn County has been postponed following news that a “significant number” of the Station Park squad are self-isolating.
