Hearts and Hibs players on international duty

RYAN McGIVERN: Hibs’ on-loan Man City defender Ryan McGivern is well established in the Northern Ireland set-up. He will be hoping to win his 19th cap on Tuesday night when they travel to Porto to
face Portugal. McGivern would normally have been joined in the squad for the World Cup qualifier by James McPake but the Hibs captain has been left at home to recover from an Achilles problem.

JORGE CLAROS: Hibs midfielder Claros faced a nightmare journey ahead of his double-header representing Honduras. Claros had to fly from Edinburgh to London and then onto Miami before heading to Honduras for training sessions with his team-mates – and then catch a flight to Panama for tonight’s match. Following the game in Panama City the team will fly back to Honduras for the clash with Canada on Tuesday. Claros will win his 33rd cap if selected tonight.

RYAN McGOWAN: Versatile Hearts defender Ryan McGowan is in Qatar with the Australia squad and will be hoping to win his second cap in their match against their hosts on Tuesday night in Doha.

MARIUS ZALIUKAS: The Hearts skipper will be looking to win his 19th cap for his country when Lithuania face Liechtenstein tonight before taking on Bosnia in Group G on Tuesday.

ARVYDAS NOVIKOVAS: The Hearts winger, pictured, has played eight times for Lithuania since making his debut back in 2010 and will be hoping to be involved along with Zaliukas.

ANDY WEBSTER: The Hearts defender may find himself squeezed out of the Scotland starting line-up tonight in favour of the partnership of Gary Caldwell and Christophe Berra but Craig Levein knows that he can rely on the 27-times capped Jambo if he needs him in Cardiff and Belgium.
