Aird: I’d rather watch Corrie than Edinburgh derby
League leaders Hearts travel to local rivals Hibernian looking to retain their unbeaten start to the league campaign.
Aird admitted he would be interested in the final result, but would not watch the match itself.

“Obviously I go and check the results but if they’re playing on the TV and there’s nothing else on, I’d probably watch Coronation Street before I do that.”
Rangers currently sit nine points behind Hearts in the league table, although the Ibrox club do have a game in hand.
The 19-year old insists it’s too early in the season to be concerned by the gap.
“To be honest I haven’t looked at it,” added Aird.
“It’s still early in the season, we know they’re ahead and they’re playing good football.
“It doesn’t look like they’ve slipped up yet but we’ve still to play them three times and they’ve got a big game on Sunday.”
