Hibs have signed goalkeeper Ofir Marciano on a permanent deal, according to reports in Israel.

The 27-year-old was the Hibees No.1 last season after joining on loan from Ashdod.

The Israeli international impressed as Hibs marched towards the Ladbrokes Championship title and efforts have been made to get the player signed on for the club’s return to the Premiership.

Reports say Hibs will pay £150,000 to complete the deal, which includes a 50 per cent sell-on clause for Ashdod.
