Launching the club’s 2016-17 season ticket campaign, titled “Life With Hibs”, chief executive Leeann Dempster said: “Season ticket holders are vital to the success of this football club – quite simply the more season ticket holders we have the stronger our playing squad will be.

“Whilst there is still a job to finish this season, our preparations for next season start now.

“The early commitment from season ticket holders allows us to commit early, too. We can plan early, recruit early, sign early. It gives us the certainty we need to shape our squad and build the team.

“Going forward we are planning a strong and competitive playing budget.”

As well as pegging adult season ticket prices for 2016-17, Hibs said child ticket prices would be available from £25, with savings also available for supporters who purchase by the “Early Bird” deadline on 8 April.

But the Cup Top Up option, which allowed fans to buy entry to all home cup ties for a one-off fee of £50, has been suspended.

Season ticket holders will get a 10 per cent discount for all home cup matches instead.
