SPL Fanzone: Hearts

Things appear to be going from bad to worse at Tynecastle at the moment.

The wages issue has not been resolved, the club is not speaking to the media and on Saturday indiscipline was evident on the field and the touchline. Ian Black was rightly sent off after making a stupid and unnecessary two-footed lunge which probably cost Hearts the match, but the stamp from Grainger and the antics of Sergio on the touchline represent unacceptable behaviour for Heart of Midlothian Football Club, however frustrated they may be with the referee. It was ironic as I felt we were the better team throughout the game even with ten men, and to lose the match was hard on us, but the whole atmosphere around the club feels wrong. Everyone at Hearts from the boardroom down to the players needs to take a long hard look at themselves; otherwise this season could turn into a shambles.
