Five-star Linlithgow Rose prove too much to handle
Linlithgow dominated the first half and were two goals ahead within 33 minutes. Stuart McArthur swept Tommy Coyne’s low cross into the Lochee net for the opener.
The same players were involved in the second goal – Coyne regaining possession for Linlithgow before McArthur scored with a cracking 25-yard drive.

Parity lasted only five minutes, though, before Lochee keeper Stephen Vanderdeyl punched an Andy Shirra free kick into his own net.
Linlithgow extended their lead soon after with a Coyne penalty, after McArthur was felled in the box, before the scoring was completed when Stephen Manson rifled home to seal the points.
