Eight managers who had prolonged exits from Scottish clubs

Jackie McNamara will remain in charge of York City, despite being sacked by the National League club. The unusual agreement was announced earlier today as it appears McNamara will continue to handle first-team duties until the club appoint his successor. In honour of this bizarre situation, we look back at few protracted exits for managers in Scottish football from years gone by.
