Airdrie United 4 - 1 Brechin City

Derek Holmes put Airdrie ahead when he scored from Ryan Donnelly’s pass and then Donnelly made it 2-0.Paul Lovering added a penalty midway through the first half before substitute Bryan Hodge pulled one back. Holmes scored his second goal late on.

Arbroath 0 - 1 Forfar Athletic

Arbroath struggled but Paul Sheerin almost put them ahead shortly after the break when his shot was beaten out by Greg Paterson. Forfar substitute Greg Ross opened the scoring after an hour. He turned in a Nicky Law cross to leave Arbroath with a dent in their promotion push.

Dumbarton 0 - 2 Stenhousemuir

Stenhousemuir made the perfect start with Brown Ferguson firing them ahead from the penalty spot after just five minutes. Six minutes later Andy Rodgers doubled their advantage with a header. Stenhousemuir’s Kieron Miller was sent off in the final minute.

East Fife 1 - 2 Albion Rovers

John Gemmell set up Scott Chaplain for a 14th-minute opener and then Gemmell himself added the second when he headed home late in the first half. David Muir pulled a goal back eight minutes from time but Albion held on in spite of a late red card for Jack Werndly.

Stirling Albion 0 - 2 Cowdenbeath

Lewis Coult headed league leaders Cowdenbeath closer to the title in just six minutes from Marc McKenzie’s cross but it took a penalty save by Thomas Flynn from Scott Davidson five minutes from the break to keep them ahead. McKenzie sealed the win with an 89th-minute strike.
