Albion Rovers 0 - 1 Airdrie United

Cameron McDonald gave Airdrie United victory with a left-foot shot in 27 minutes after Derek Holmes had headed the ball down. Barry Russell shot over for the home side as they pressed for the equaliser in the second half and Daniel McKay came close with a shot at the death.

Arbroath 2 - 0 Dumbarton

Arbroath kept up the chase with two first-half goals. Chris Innes put Arbroath in front midway through the first half from a cross by Liam Caddis. Steven Doris headed his 17th goal of the season from another Caddis cross to put Arbroath two up.

East Fife 0 - 1 Cowdenbeath

Cowdenbeath kept their four-point lead at the top. Michael Brown did well to beat out a shot from Greg Stewart as Cowdenbeath looked more likely. The league leaders went in front just a minute from the break when Marc McKenzie scored with a right-foot shot.

Forfar 4 - 1 Brechin City

Forfar took command with Martyn Fotheringham heading home a Nicky Low cross after 19 minutes.

Low then got on the scoresheet and Kevin Byers made it 3-0 from Fotheringham’s pass. Scott Buist got a goal back for Brechin only for Fotheringham to score his second.

Stewart Kean put the home side ahead after only two minutes when he beat Callum Reidford after good work by Iain Thomson.

Kenny Deuchar set up Andy Rodgers for the second after 54 minutes before Jamie Campbell made it 3-0 and Rodgers then scored his second.
