Charges dropped against Duff & Phelps in Rangers fraud case

David Whitehouse and Paul Clark faced a number of allegations over their involvement in Rangers. These have now been dropped but can be brought back at a later date.
Clark and Whitehouse were among seven men - including former Rangers owner Craig Whtye and chief executive Charles Green - indicted on charges of alleged fraud.
