Charges dropped against Duff & Phelps in Rangers fraud case

Charges have been dropped against employees of oldco Rangers administrators Duff & Phelps in the ongoing fraud case.

David Whitehouse and Paul Clark faced a number of allegations over their involvement in Rangers. These have now been dropped but can be brought back at a later date.

Clark and Whitehouse were among seven men - including former Rangers owner Craig Whtye and chief executive Charles Green - indicted on charges of alleged fraud.

Today’s developments come three weeks after six charges against the seven men were withdrawn by the Crown.
