Celtic's Tom Rogic wanted by Arsenal - reports

According to the Sydney Morning Herald, Rogic was recommended to Arsene Wenger by Reading boss Brian McDermott when the latter worked for the Gunners as a scout.
The Australian newspaper has credited other clubs in England and Spain with an interest in Rogic.

Hide AdCeltic were said to have opened contract negotiations with the player but those talks seemed to have stalled with no deal as yet signed. Rogic’s current contract will expire at the conclusion of next season.
Having missed the entire 2014/15 campaign through injury and a loan move back to Australia, Rogic enjoyed a breakout year for the Hoops this campaign. He’s currently the club’s second highest goalscorer behind Leigh Griffiths.
