Hodgkinson appalled by lack of England cap for Forster

Former England goalkeeper and Scotland goalkeeping coach Allan Hodgkinson says he is appalled that Celtic keeper Fraser Forster has yet to be given his first cap.

Scotland set to play Uruguay and Luis Suarez

Scotland could be set to face Uruguay - and Luis Suarez - in a friendly at Hampden next month, Uruguayan officials says they have agreed the match with their SFA counterparts providing that the South Americans qualify directly for the World Cup.

They will have to overcome Ecuador and Argentina later this month.

Uruguay also say they will play England.

Anthony Stokes issues Celtic with ultimatum

Celtic striker Anthony Stokes has warned the Parkhead club that he will talk to other clubs in the January transfer window unless his contract situation is cleared up.

Ally McCoist will return to full pay

Rangers manager Ally McCoist has confirmed that his wages will go back up to their previous levels should Rangers return to the top flight of Scottish football.
