CELTIC midfielder Joe Ledley is poised to leave Glasgow in January as a host of English Premiership clubs line up for the midfielder’s signature.

The Wales international is contracted to Celtic until the end of the season but has so far refused to sign a new deal to extend his stay at the club.

Premiership side Crystal Palace are believed to be the latest club linked to Ledley, who could leave Celtic for as little as £500,000. Palace manager Tony Pulis tried to sign Ledley for Stoke nearly three years ago, but the Welshman chose Celtic over The Potters. Ledley has also been linked with Cardiff City, the boyhood club he left to join Celtic in 2010.

Pulis is keen to make additions to an injury ravaged Palace squad and believes Ledley could be part of the solution to Palace retaining their Premiership status. They currently lie 18th in the table, two points above basement club Sunderland.
