Rodgers is ready to return to management having taken short break following his departure from Anfield in October of this season.

Swansea are reportedly keen to bring him back to the Liberty Stadium. Rodgers had a very successful two-year spell as manager at the Welsh club, leading them to promotion in his first term before comfortably steering clear of relegation in the top flight, all the while playing an attractive brand of football.

He is rumoured to be top of Celtic’s wish list. While the Parkhead club may lose out to the lure of once again managing in the English Premier League, they can at least offer the coach an opportunity at Champions League football.
