A bottle of Buckfast was thrown at Scott Sinclair in the second half of the match
The bottle was thrown during a corner kick, and play was briefly halted as a result.
TV cameras showed referee Willie Collum handing the bottle to a steward before the game was resumed.
James Forrest gave the visitors the lead after the interval.
