Celtic and Rangers’ home grounds have been included in a poll to find out the world’s best stadiums

Celtic Park is one of the most popular and well known sport stadiums around the world.

It has earned the praise of countless players and managers, as well as the respect of supporters across the globe.

Notable Spanish sports publication Marca have included the ground in its top 25 of the world’s top stadiums based on votes from fans.

Celtic Park sits 24th in the list with more than 1,500 votes, ahead of the likes of the Juventus Stadium, Porto’s Estadio do Dragao and the French national stadium.

Rangers’ Ibrox is 37th with more than 550 votes.

The Cairo International Stadium in Egypt is way out in front with 103,000 votes, ahead of both the Bernabeau and Nou Camp.

When it comes to average league attendance this season, Celtic have the 14th highest in world football with an average of 57,944.

Rangers are 27th with an average of 49,238.
