It is set to be another momentous week in Scottish football despite no games being played. League reconstruction talks get underway, while Uefa convene to discuss the next moves leagues around Europe will be allowed to take. The SPFL could be given the go-ahead to call the Scottish Premiership in the way they called the Championship and Leagues 1 and 2.
Over it all hangs the uncertainty of when next season will begin plus the claims of bullying and coercion by Rangers of the SPFL’s resolution vote.

1. Celtic target Soppy
Celtic have made a €1.5m + bonuses offer for teenager full-back Brandon Soppy. The 18-year-old Rennes starlet can play at right-back and is attracting interest from German side RB Leipzig. (Eurosport)

2. O'Donnell wanted by United
Dundee United are eyeing a surprise move for Kilmarnock and Scotland star Stephen O’Donnell. The right-back is out of contract in the summer with clubs from England keen. O’Donnell features high on Robbie Neilson’s wishlist. (Scottish Sun)

3. Elyounoussi rules out Celtic return
Mohamed Elyounoussi has ruled out a Celtic return. The on loan star wanted to finish the season with the Parkhead side on the field to win the league, but the attacker has admitted he wants to show his true worth in the Premier League with three years remaining on his deal. (Scottish Sun)

4. League reconstruction 50-50
League reconstruction is 50-50 according to Hamilton vice-chairman Les Gray. He leads the task force for a revamp with Ann Budge and has called on the Hearts supremo to agree to not defining any reconstruction as fixed or temporary at the moment. (Various)
