Celtic 82nd most valuable team in world football

CELTIC have only the 82nd most valuable team in world football… despite reaching the last 16 of the Champions League.

A report by respected German football boffins, transfermarket.de researched the combined value of every player in the squad of the top leagues across dozens of countries worldwide.

Celtic’s squad, with a total of 29 players in it, was valued at a combined total of £57.2 million, which made them the 82nd most valuable club in world football.

They were behind the likes of Getafe and Corinthians.
