The defence is all over the place as a hooked cross to the back post finds the sub Krejci all alone and he’s able to bury any hope whatsoever Celtic have of getting back into this one.

Julis is the first opposition player to score a hat-trick at Celtic Park since Eric Black for Aberdeen in 1983.

A double and desperate roll of the dice for Celtic with Ajeti and Ntcham coming on for Edouard and Laxalt. Celtic keep their shape with Christie going to left wing-back.

Krejci is on for Polidar for the visitors.

It’s a hat-trick for Julis as Sparta cut Celtic open on the break.

Elhamed gives the ball away deep in Sparta territory, the visitors break quickly with Karlsson running at Duffy. It’s dreadfully poor from the defender as the attacker easily beats him before crossing for Julis to roof the ball into the net from close range.

A reminder from the former Celtic defender that Sparta haven’t played competitive football in a month due to the Czech lockdown. The visitors are already starting to look a bit leggy and that’s only going to get worse.

Sparta make a couple of changes as they hope to stem the flow here. Karabec and Hancko withdraw for Lischka and Travnik.
