Celtic interim boss Neil Lennon sets Scottish Cup target

CELTIC interim manager Neil Lennon says his side's Scottish Cup semi-final clash is now the most important match of the season for the Parkhead club.

The Scottish Cup remains the Parkhead side's only realistic chance of silverware with league rivals Rangers sitting ten points clear at the top of the table with a game in hand.

Celtic face a Ross County side which has already proved this season that they are capable of producing a shock having disposed of Hibs in the quarter finals.

The winners of Saturday's match will take on either Dundee United or Raith Rovers.

Lennon (pictured) said his side would not be complacent in their build-up to the Hampden encounter.

"While we keep pushing Rangers for the title, this is our most realistic chance of silverware so we want to get to that final.

"It's the most important game of the season for us now.

"I know semi-finals are very nervy occasions. They are difficult and have a different atmosphere in a different stadium, so we won't be taking anything for granted.

"There will be no complacency on our part."
