Celtic fans to get majority of Hampden tickets for Betfred Cup final

Celtic fans will pack out Hampden Park for the Betfred Cup final against Motherwell after ticketing information was released.

The Hoops hit out at opponents Hibs in the semi final after it emerged the Easter Road side had asked for a 50/50 split but had failed to sell out their allocation for the game.

And Celtic have been handed all of the North and East stands at Hampden - a total of 21,900 seats - as well as Section J and I in the South Stand Lower, South Stand Upper section H, and West Stand sections B6-B8.

Motherwell fans have been given the South Stand Lower sections O and P along with West Stand sections A and B1-B5.

Assuming around 5,000 tickets are kept back for corporate guests, Celtic will have around 36,000 tickets and Motherwell just shy of 10,000.
