Among the list of preferred targets are Celtic duo Kieran Tierney and Moussa Dembele, both of whom have excelled for the Parkhead club in both domestic and European competition this season.

Dembele has been linked with several of Europe’s top clubs and would reportedly command a fee close to £30million, while Tierney could be available between the £10-15million range.

Wenger will reportedly be given a budget of over £100million to improve Arsenal’s fortunes. The London club are currently in sixth position in the English top flight and in real danger of missing out on a place in the Champions League.

Aside from Tierney and Dembele, some of the Frenchman’s other targets are said to include Lyon striker Alexandre Lacazette, Monaco’s Kylian Mbappe, and Borussia Dortmund’s German international attacker Marco Reus.

They could, however, be resigned to losing influential players Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil. Both have rejected contract extensions in recent months.
