Brendan Rodgers’ side have a slim advantage in their Champions League third qualifying round match-up after Leigh Griffiths netted a crucial away goal to earn a 1-1 first leg draw in Kazakhstan.

Rather than sell the match to a TV broadcaster, Celtic have decided to offer the game to fans as part of their online subscription service.

Typically, Celtic TV streams live coverage of matches for supporters outside of the UK and Ireland. However, this match will be available to all subscribers regardless of location.

Champions League qualifiers prior to the play-off round are free for clubs to sell to broadcasters at their discretion, after which BT Sport take over selection of live games.

The Parkhead club would likely have had offers from TV companies for the match but may have decided against selling the rights out of concern it could affect attendances.
