Bo’ness United won a convincing victory to keep their Super League hopes alive.

Bo’ness played some good football dominating the first half although Lochee went close to taking the lead in 26 minutes. Bo’ness made the breakthrough ten minutes later when Hamilton passed inside to Walker whose flick found Duffy cutting in from the left, and he shot home.

Bo’ness doubled their lead three minutes after the break when the ball broke to Watt from a Hamilton corner and he scored from close in.

Lochee enjoyed a greater share of the second half possession although they found the Bo’ness defence a hard nut to crack. Voigt thought he had got round the Bo’ness keeper towards the end but Christie stretched out to take the ball of the Lochee forward’s foot.
