Deila: Celtic do not need to sell van Dijk

CELTIC boss Ronny Deila has reportedly sent a strong message to warn Southampton off their pursuit for Virgil van Dijk.

Deila was quoted on BBC Scotland as saying that Celtic do not need to sell the defender.

Rangers secure Tottenham duo Oduwa and Ball

Rangers manager Mark Warburton has reportedly clinched a double loan deal for Spurs youngsters Nathan Oduwa and Dominic Ball.

The pair are rumoured to have travelled to Glasgow on Wednesday evening and will undergo medicals today before signing their new contracts.

Warburton reportedly missed out on signing Tottenham midfielder Harry Winks, who has now secured a first team spot at White Hart Lane this season. (Daily Record)

Dean Shiels backs John Eustace for Rangers move

Rangers midfielder Dean Shiels has reportedly voiced his support for John Eustace to move to Ibrox.

Eustace, 35, is rumoured to be linked with a move to the Glasgow side ahead of next season with Shiels backing him as the ‘father figure’ leader Mark Warburton’s squad needs.
