Cup final tickets are good value, says SFA

THE Scottish Football Association has defended ticket prices for the Active Nation Scottish Cup final.

Some fans of Dundee United and Ross County have expressed disappointment that children's tickets are only available in the family section. But the SFA has pointed out the 5 admission fees for children represent a 50 per cent cut on last year's prices, while the majority of adults can attend for 25.

Colin Banks, the SFA's marketing manager, said: "We have focused our ticket scheme both to encourage families with our 5 for children offer, and adults with prices from 25."
