Super six for Marchmont ace Loeffen

Matt Loeffen took six wickets as Marchmont easily saw off Musselburgh at Cavalry Park in East One on Saturday.

With a number of matches in the East Leagues starting, but failing to finish due to weather, Marchmont made sure that their home match would not be one of them with a clinical display.

Batting first, Musselburgh never really got going and Kiwi Loeffen led the way for the home side with the amazing figures of 6-8 as the East Lothian men were bundled out for just 42. In reply Marchmont reached their victory target with seven wickets in hand to move further away from the bottom of the table.
