Cricket: Scots to host big guns

Scotland are set to play either India or Sri Lanka in a glamour one-day international in Glasgow next summer.

With both countries touring England, Cricket Scotland have opened negotiations with the ECB to secure a slot in the schedule for one, or even both, teams to come north of the Border.

"I'm 95 per cent certain we'll get something," revealed Cricket Scotland chief executive Roddy Smith.
