Changing room chat: Return of the London Broncos

LONDON’S rugby league side are to revert to their old Broncos name as part of major re-branding. The club, launched in 1980 as Fulham and 11 years later renamed London Crusaders, became London Broncos when Brisbane Broncos took them over in 1994 . Five years ago they caused a stir when they moved for a second time to the Stoop and this time took on the name of their co-tenants, Harlequins. But their links with the rugby union club did not endear them to traditionalists and the club has now opted to drop the Harlequins name.
