Situated in Arrochar, which is within the beautiful Loch Lomond and the Trossach National Park, the house has a secluded location with views over nearby Loch Long.

The accommodation offers one twin bed en suite and one four poster en-suite bedroom, both located on the ground floor.

Also on the ground floor guests can enjoy some quiet time in the study / library, which has an open fire as well as a card table.

With such a large home, the kitchen boasts fantastic facilities including an Everhot range cooker, modern appliances and spacious pantry plus seating for 14 - 18 guests.

Upstairs there are further well appointed bedrooms - a double bedroom, a triple bedroom (one double and one single bed), a double with 8ft round bed and two doubles both with day beds.

Eagle eyed guess may notice a lot of tree motifs within the house. Each bedroom is also named after a tree that can be found on the estate, which is home to many rare species.

No party home is complete without a good sound system, which luckily Stuckgowan House has.

Guests just simply download the music of their choice and play in any of the ground floor rooms or lower ground floor rooms.

For quieter nights in the cinema room boasts a 126-inch screen with surround sound and an extensive film library plus X-Box, DVD/BluRay, and internet access, Kinect, mood lighting, and cosy sofas and bean bag chairs.

On the same floor (lower ground) guests will find the games room, which has a pool table and bar.

If you're impressed by the interior then the outside won't disappoint. Home to a seven seater hot tub with mood lighting (positioned perfectly in order to take in the loch views), the extensive grounds also have a patio area with dinging furniture - perfect for an alfresco dinner.

Stuckgowan House is within easy access of Glasgow airport, where a train to Balloch (appox 16 miles from the house) can be caught.

There is also a train station in Tarbet, two miles north of the house, which has trains from Glasgow Central station traveling north, through Tarbet and up to Fort William.
