THEATRE: THE GIANT AND HER DAUGHTER
The Leylines Theatre company unveils its latest production at Govanhill Baths, the unique performance space in Glasgow’s Southside. Written by Helene Gron, a Danish playwright based in the city, the play follows the story of several women within a single family.

MUSIC: DAUGHTER
London-based trio Daughter head to Glasgow’s Art School ahead of the release of their keenly-awaited second album, Not to Disappear. The group’s blend of alt-folk elements and electronica has won them rave reviews, with debut album If You Leave breaking the top 20 in 2013. If you’re unable to make tonight’s show, the group play Edinburgh’s Queen’s Hall on Saturday.
