Holyrood hosts tenth Business in the Parliament event

Lesley Eccles, co-founder of Edinburgh-based fantasy sports firm FanDuel, will provide the keynote address to the tenth Business in the Parliament event alongside fellow entrepreneur Rosemary Eribé, managing director and founder of Eribé Knitwear, based in the Borders.

The conference will see politicians and business figures discuss issues such as unlocking the potential of female entrepreneurs, exporting, skills and learning.

Presiding officer Tricia Marwick, who will chair the event in Holyrood’s debating chamber, said: “This conference is guaranteed to generate a wide variety of views by bringing together the world of politics and business in this unique event. This offers politicians an opportunity to listen to over 200 of Scotland’s leading business people on what they can do to help businesses in Scotland to succeed.”
