The body of a man has been found in a park in Glasgow.

Officers made the discovery at around 8pm on Wednesday at Budhill Square, near to Crammond Terrace in the Shettleston area of the city.

Police Scotland confirmed the body of a 46-year-old man had been found and that the incident is not being treated as suspicious.

A police cordon was set up in the area on Thursday morning.
