Charles Green to offer Murray Park to Wales

SCOTLAND’S World Cup qualifying opponents Wales could use the home of Rangers to prepare for their game on March 22.

Murray Park, the side’s Glasgow training base, has reportedly been offered to the Welsh FA by Rangers chief executive Charles Green. Green made the claim at a meeting of the Rangers Supporters Association this weekend.

Green claimed to have offered the facilities to the FAW after declaring Juventus’ use of Murray Park a success. The Italian giants used Rangers’ base to prepare for their 3-0 Champions League win over Celtic last week.

Green is embroiled in a long-running row with the SFA, and has written to the Prime Minister for his assistance in helping Rangers leave Scottish football.
