A 51-year-old man from Aberdeen has been detained and charged in connection with the seizure.
He is expected to appear at Aberdeen Sheriff Court on Thursday.
Detective Inspector Allen Shaw said: “This is a significant seizure of controlled drugs that would have been bound for the streets of the North East, and in particular the most vulnerable people who live in them.
“I cannot stress enough the devastating effects illegal substances can have on our communities which is why targeted proactive action is carried out on a daily basis.”
