Rangers are reportedly tracking Israeli midfielder Dolev Haziza, whose agent is known to Ross Wilson.

It’s said the Ibrox sporting director has previously worked with the player’s agent Adam Kidan, through his previous role as director of football at Southampton.

And now reports from the Middle East suggest there could be more cause for the pair to work on another deal with Rangers reportedly monitoring the Maccabi Haifa man who has won two caps for his country.

Haziza is keen to add to his international appearances and play abroad, and his claims for a recall were boosted when he was named Israeli Premier League player of the month for January. Having previously been linked with a move to Hungary with Ferencvaros, he now has 18-months left on his contract and could be available for around £1m.

The 25-year-old has two caps for Israel, both earned as a substitute under previous national manager Andreas Herzog in 2019.
